Sgt. Telles started his law enforcement career with the City of Clovis in September of 1991 as a Patrol Officer. Sgt. Tellesleft the Clovis Police Department and moved to upstate New York in 1997 and returned to service for the Clovis Police Department in January of 2001. During his career with the Clovis Police Department, Sergeant Telles has served on the Gang Unit and SWAT Team. Sgt. Telles was most recently assigned to the Special Operations Unit as the Detective Sergeant before
returning to the Patrol Division as a shift supervisor.

Sgt. Harmer started his law enforcement career with the City of Clovis in September of 1992. Prior to being promoted to Sergeant, Sgt. Harmer had worked as a Traffic Officer and Detective. Sgt. Harmer was promoted to Sergeant and has served as a Patrol Sergeant and Detective Sergeant. Sgt. Harmer is currently assigned to Patrol Services. Sgt. Harmer also serves as the SWAT Team Commander.
