
Lieutenant Roger Grah - Quartermaster
Lieutenant Grah started his law enforcement career with the Clovis Police Department in June of 1995. Lieutenant Grah worked as a Patrol Officer and later as a Detective. Lieutenant Grah was promoted to Detective Sergeant and assumed duties as the supervisor of the Special Operations Unit (Detectives). In 2005, Lieutenant Grah was promoted to the rank of Lieutenant and reassigned to the Training and Recruiting Unit. Lieutenant Grah also served time as a Patrol Lieutenant. After a short assignment there, he was reassigned as the Special Operations Unit Commander where he served until 2009 and had become Commander of the Major Crimes Unit. In 2009, Lieutenant Grah was re-assigned to the Office of Professional Standards as a Staff Investigator to the Chief and Quartermaster for all department property. In 2010 Lieutenant Grah was assigned to the Support Services Division as the Lieutenant in charge of the Property and Evidence Unit, Records Division, Custodial Services and maintains his responsibility as department Quartermaster and Commander of the Major Crimes Unit.

Detective Lieutenant Douglas Ford
Lieutenant Ford started his law enforcement career with the Clovis Police Department in October of 1997. Lt. Ford is assigned to the Support Services Division overseeing the Criminal Investigatons Unit and Narcotics Agents. Lt. Ford has worked as a Patrol Officer, Gang Unit Officer, Field Training Officer and K-9 Officer. As a Sergeant and Lieutenant he supervised in the Field Services Division as a Shift Supervisor and K-9 Unit Supervisor.
