On Saturday April 2, 2011 from 12:00pm to 4:00pm the Clovis Police Dept. will be offering Child ID Kits at the substation located in North Plains Mall, 2809 North Prince.
These kits consist of fingerprinting, height, weight, and voice recognition. This information is taken and given back to the parents to keep and maintain in a safe place. It is important to update your Child ID Kit yearly, because kids grow fast. If you have not updated your child’s information, this would be a great time to update it.
The Clovis Police Department would like to invite parents, and children to this outreach to the community. Our department will be conducting Child ID Kits, educational programs, and city ordinance briefings the first Saturday of every month, at North Plains Mall Police Substation. Watch for specific topics or programs to be conducted next month.
